Following Highland Park’s announcement last week of their updated bottle design, Glen Moray has now unveiled its own contemporary transformation. The refreshed Heritage range brings a sleek, premium touch to the distillery’s core expressions, highlighting their commitment to craftsmanship and flavour exploration.
For over 125 years, Glen Moray has perfected the art of maturation at its Speyside home along the River Lossie. Known for its pioneering use of diverse cask types, the distillery has maintained this tradition since its founding in 1897, ensuring each whisky is shaped by the unique influence of wood.
With its updated global identity, Glen Moray has now introduced a premium new look for the Heritage range. The contemporary packaging follows the revamp of the Explorer range last year and aims to invite more whisky enthusiasts to experience the distillery’s passion for flavour.

The redesigned bottles feature colour-coded detailing with gold accents on the labels and boxes, highlighting the distillery’s rich history. Each expression’s flavour profile and cask story are also presented in a more compelling way to educate and entice consumers.
Launching with three core single malts—12, 15, and 18 years—the Heritage range offers a spectrum of flavours:
- The 12-Year-Old aged in Bourbon casks enhances Glen Moray’s signature style with sweet vanilla toffee and fresh summer fruits.
- The 15-Year-Old, a marriage of Bourbon and oloroso Sherry casks, delivers spicy vanilla, dried fruit, and chocolate notes.
- The 18-Year-Old, aged exclusively in first-fill Bourbon casks, boasts intense vanilla, caramelised fruit, and spice.
A true expert in cask maturation, Glen Moray continues to experiment with Port, rum agricole, and wine casks, creating a diverse range of whiskies suited for both enthusiasts and newcomers alike.
