The Heart Cut has unveiled its 24th Limited Release, a collaboration with one of Scotland’s most exciting modern distilleries, Ardnamurchan. The new bottling is a single cask, peated single malt Scotch whisky, fully matured in a Pedro Ximénez (PX) sherry cask and limited to just 543 bottles worldwide.
Peated to 30 PPM and bottled at 52% ABV, the release showcases Ardnamurchan’s signature oily spirit alongside the rich influence of PX sherry maturation.
Smoke Meets Sweet Sherry
The whisky combines gentle peat smoke with layers of bright citrus, dried apricot, olive brine and coastal salinity, creating a dram that perfectly reflects the character of Scotland’s rugged west coast.
Official tasting notes include flamed cedarwood, olive brine, popcorn, lemon zest and dried apricots, balancing smoky, sweet and maritime flavours.
A Long-Awaited Collaboration
This is only the third Scottish distillery collaboration in The Heart Cut’s growing portfolio, following previous releases with Nc’nean and Lochlea.

Celebrating the Launch
To mark the release, The Heart Cut partnered with Fin + Flounder at London’s Broadway Market for a special event titled “Spritz It, Slurp It, Sip It.”
Guests enjoyed oysters paired with Ardnamurchan pocket pours, while £2 from every whisky pour was donated to The Fishermen’s Mission, supporting fishing communities across the UK.
