Redbreast Unveils Missouri Oak Edition with Bird Conservation Initiative

Redbreast, renowned for its exceptional single pot still whiskey, introduces the U.S. exclusive Redbreast Missouri Oak Edition. This limited release, aged in virgin Missouri oak barrels, offers a captivating twist to the classic Redbreast profile.

Bottled at 50.5% ABV, Redbreast Missouri Oak combines the signature Redbreast whiskey with the influence of virgin Missouri oak for 10 months. The oak imparts notes of cinnamon, ground ginger, and rich tannins, enhancing flavors of toffee apple, vanilla, blackcurrants, and black cherries.

Master Blender Dave McCabe highlights the maturation process:

“After 10 months in virgin Missouri oak barrels, the whiskey showcases distinct flavors complemented by nutty undertones akin to pecan pie.”

As part of its commitment to forest management and bird conservation, Redbreast sponsors a study with leading institutions to assess Cerulean Warbler habitat use in North American oak forests.

To celebrate this launch, Redbreast sponsors a research project on Cerulean Warblers in the Ozark forest, with these songbirds featured on the packaging. Redbreast Missouri Oak will be available exclusively in the US from May 8th for $199. For more information, visit www.redbreastwhiskey.com.
