The Redbreast Dream Cask Zenith Edition, bottled at 45.3% ABV, showcases a unique re-casking method honoring the brand’s legacy and future. Created by Master Blender Dave McCabe and Master Blender Emeritus Billy Leighton, this whiskey was distilled in 1985. It spent 27 years maturing in American oak ex-Bourbon casks, followed by an 11-year secondary maturation in first-fill Oloroso Sherry casks.
