Jack Daniel’s has unveiled its 14-Year-Old Tennessee Whiskey, marking the first release of this age statement in over a century. This expression joins the Aged Series alongside 12-Year-Old Batch 3 and 10-Year-Old Batch 4, continuing the distillery’s tradition of celebrating its rich history.
Master Distiller Chris Fletcher highlighted the goal of honoring Jack Daniel’s legacy by replicating the lineup of age-stated whiskeys from his era. The 14-Year-Old whiskey, bottled at 126.3 proof (63.15% ABV), is crafted with the classic mash bill of 80% corn, 12% malted barley, and 8% rye, and undergoes the sugar maple charcoal mellowing process. This extended maturation introduces sweet bakery spices, oak, cinnamon, butterscotch, and notes of leather, aged oak, and pipe tobacco.
The 12-Year-Old Batch 3 (107 proof, 53.5% ABV) offers creamy notes of pipe tobacco, seasoned oak, and butterscotch, while the 10-Year-Old Batch 4 (97 proof, 48.5% ABV) features oak-forward flavors, dark fruit, and bittersweet cocoa.
These releases will be available in limited quantities in the U.S. this month, with prices of $149.99 (14-Year-Old), $94.99 (12-Year-Old), and $84.99 (10-Year-Old). The 10-Year-Old whiskey will also reach international markets later this summer.
