Fielden Whisky is setting out to showcase its commitment to regenerative, low-intervention farming across the UK countryside this summer. The award-winning rye whisky brand, known for its “no chem regen” approach, is raising awareness of how sustainable farming practices can shape premium whisky production.
Fielden’s summer programme begins with a partnership at Daylesford Organic’s inaugural ‘Love The Land’ event. Taking place on 17th May, Soil & Supper is a celebration of feasting, music, dance, and whisky, inspired by the ancient English ritual of Rogationside, where communities blessed the land for a good harvest.
Next, Fielden will appear at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show in London, joining forces with Kent Wildflower Seeds and artist Francis Costelloe. Their display—framed by a large painted backdrop of Fielden’s rye fields—will challenge the idea that wildflowers are simply weeds, highlighting how natural interventions can restore biodiversity and soil resilience. Visitors can sample Fielden’s rye whisky and learn more about regenerative farming at the shared stand.
Later this summer, Fielden will headline the Groundswell Festival (2–3 July), a key event in the regenerative farming calendar, held at Lannock Manor Farm in Hertfordshire. Fielden will host two exclusive banquets, deliver the only whisky bar on site, and offer tastings to festivalgoers, bringing the conversation about sustainable agriculture and whisky to a wider audience.
Alongside these events, Fielden is expanding in retail with a limited edition release at Fortnum & Mason (RRP: £135), a new listing at Daylesford’s Cotswold store, and a nationwide launch on Ocado expected early this summer.
Fielden works across over 1,400 acres in the UK, using nature-first techniques like planting clover crops to protect the soil—eliminating the need for chemical inputs and ensuring grain quality for whisky production.
