This extraordinary addition to the distillery’s repertoire of Lowland single malt Scotch whiskies will be officially introduced at the annual Waterfall Day festival event on May 18, 2024.

Crafted under the expert guidance of Bladnoch’s Master Distiller, Dr. Nick Savage, the Waterfall Series is a testament to innovative whisky maturation, offering a captivating exploration of Bladnoch’s distinct Galloway spirit as it evolves to embrace its unique flavors and character over time.
Unraveling the Waterfall Series Journey
Launched annually since 2020, each expression in the Waterfall Series epitomizes Bladnoch’s flavor-centric approach to whisky making. It showcases the diverse avenues through which Bladnoch single malt can be further refined, resulting in distinct taste profiles reminiscent of cascading flavors.
A Finale of Rich and Sugary Flavors
In its culmination, Waterfall 05 2024 Edition has been meticulously finished in second-fill Oloroso sherry puncheons, harmonizing the flavors developed throughout its maturation. This limited release of just 1,000 individually numbered bottles promises a sugary flavor profile enriched with dates and nutmeg, offering a sensory journey of aromas and tastes.
Celebrating the Waterfall Day Festival
To mark the debut of Waterfall 05 2024 Edition, Bladnoch invites whisky enthusiasts to join the annual Waterfall Day festival at the distillery. From 12pm to 7pm, attendees can indulge in live music performances, culinary delights, and exclusive tastings of Bladnoch single malt whiskies, including The Dragon Series.

Waterfall 05 2024 Edition, presented in its natural color and non-chill filtered, will be exclusively available at Bladnoch Distillery starting May 18, 2024. With a recommended retail price of £140.
