Bimber Distillery has unveiled Release No. 6 of its acclaimed The Spirit of The Underground Collection, spotlighting four iconic London sporting locations and their corresponding Tube stations. This release showcases a masterful blend of Bimber’s renowned single malt whisky, matured in a combination of American and European oak casks, to create unique and complex flavors.

Oval – Moscatel Sherry Cask Double Maturation
- ABV: 57.6%

Stratford – Fino Sherry Cask Double Maturation

Wembley Park – Marsala Cask Double Maturation
- ABV: 58.3%

- Description: Italian Marsala wine casks offer vivid fruitiness, natural honey, and nutty depths. This maturation enhances the natural character of Bimber’s single malt, resulting in a delectable and delightful whisky.
Wimbledon – Vino de Naranja Cask Double Maturation
- ABV: 56.6%
- Bottles: 298
- Description: Using casks previously employed for the 2021 Klub exclusive release, this whisky exudes orange flavors from the Vino de Naranja casks. The result is a perfect harmony between the ex-bourbon matured single malt and the sweet, orange-infused wine.
The Spirit of The Underground Collection
The complete collection will feature 44 individual releases, each representing a different Tube station on the London Underground network, the oldest underground passenger railway service in the world.
