UK Exclusive:

  • Dickens: Single American oak ex-bourbon cask, 58.3% ABV. A tropically fruit-forward expression with a syrupy texture and harmonious wood spice.
  • Newton: Single lightly peated American oak ex-bourbon cask, 58.3% ABV. Classic Bimber notes of pineapple and papaya intertwined with delicate wisps of smoke and char.
  • Shakespeare: Single ex-beer cask finish, 57.7% ABV. Rich and bold, marrying stone and tropical fruits with smooth caramel, complex maltiness, and hints of nutty umami.

  • Copernicus: Single Pedro Ximénez sherry cask finish, 56.8% ABV. Delight in dried fruits, dates, and rich chocolate atop their signature tropical fruit character.
  • Chopin: Single fino sherry cask finish, 52% ABV. Revel in rich, nutty undertones alongside a crisp core of zesty fruitiness and a subtle umami palate.
  • Curie: Single oloroso sherry cask finish, 57% ABV. Experience a symphony of figs, raisins, caramel, dark chocolate, and nuanced hints of dark oak.
