Remy Martin, a distinguished global Cognac house, joyously observes its 300th Anniversary with a special release – the Remy Martin 300th Anniversary Coupe.
The creation of this remarkable expression falls into the capable hands of cellar master Baptiste Loiseau, drawing from the rarefied Grande Champagne brandies nestled within the house’s treasured Reserve Perpetuelle. This collection, a heritage passed down through successive cellar masters, embodies the essence of Remy Martin’s enduring legacy.
Following the longstanding Remy Martin tradition, the 300th Anniversary Coupe builds upon its predecessors, including the 290th Anniversary Coupe and the 275th-anniversary expression, akin to a captivating narrative unfolding over time.
In Baptiste Loiseau, Remy Martin Cellar Master words,
“To fashion the 300th Anniversary Coupe, I have enriched this blend with the treasures of our cellars and the Grande Champagne terroir, forming a legacy for the next generation. By reserving select eaux-de-vie from this precious Coupe 300th Anniversary, the tale will endure for future generations.”
This meticulously crafted expression boasts aromatic notes of candied orange, passion fruit, sandalwood, leather, mixed spices, undergrowth, and a hint of floral tones. Its flavors unfold with candied fruit, passion fruit, fig, exotic fruits, nut, and oak.
The design of the 300th Anniversary Coupe bottle pays homage to its 250th Anniversary predecessor from 1974, featuring embossed lines on the brand’s emblem symbolizing forward motion. The bottle is presented in a wooden case, accompanied by a note from Loiseau and a QR code for additional digital content.
Limited to 6,724 bottles, priced at US$2,735, this exquisite creation will be available from March 2024, inviting enthusiasts to partake in the celebration of Remy Martin’s rich heritage.
