Heaven Hill Unveils 19-Year-Old Wheat Whiskey in Heritage Collection

Heaven Hill Distillery has announced the next installment in its Heritage Collection, featuring a 19-year-old Kentucky Straight Wheat Whiskey—the oldest wheat whiskey the distillery has released to date.

This limited edition is crafted from Heaven Hill’s wheat whiskey mashbill (51% wheat, 37% corn, 12% malted barley) and bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV). The whiskey comes from 277 barrels, all distilled in August and September 2005, aged on the 5th and 6th floors of Rickhouse Y.

Described as offering seasoned oak, honey sweetness, clove, and nutmeg on the nose, the whiskey delivers aged oak, baking spices, and cinnamon graham crackers on the palate, leading to a warm, medium-length finish with maple syrup, caramel, and a peppery tingle.

Each bottle is presented in signature Heaven Hill blue packaging with detailed production information. The release will be available in limited quantities from March 2025 with an SRP of $299.99 for bottle.
