Glen Moray has introduced two distinctive limited edition single malts, each finished in Tequila casks, as part of its adventurous Warehouse 1 Collection.
🔹 Glen Moray Tequila Cask Finish – crafted from unpeated spirit matured for eight years in Bourbon casks, then finished in Tequila barrels. Bottled non-chill filtered at cask strength (55.2% ABV) and limited to 474 bottles. Expect aromas of vanilla custard with currants and toasted almonds, followed by earthy tones, thyme, citrus zest, and a finish of warming spice, aged leather, and polished oak.
🔹 Glen Moray Peated Tequila Cask Finish – made with lightly peated spirit aged for eight years in Bourbon casks before a Tequila cask finish. Bottled non-chill filtered at cask strength (58.5% ABV), also limited to 474 bottles. Aromas of rose petals, dark chocolate, and smoked thyme lead into a palate of roasted bananas with hazelnuts, finishing long and sweet with lingering smoky embers.
