Bruichladdich introduces a new travel-exclusive whisky: Bruichladdich Organic Barley 16-Year-Old. Initially, it will be available exclusively at Changi Airport in Singapore, with plans to expand to major airports worldwide, including Frankfurt, in two months.
This 16-year-old whisky is crafted from 100% organic barley grown on the Mid Coul farm in Inverness, with no artificial fertilizers or pesticides used. It matures in American oak barrels, highlighting Bruichladdich’s commitment to sustainable production.

Bruichladdich’s Master Distiller, Adam Hannett, emphasizes the importance of their ingredients: “We care deeply about the types of barley we distill and where and how it’s grown. Organic malting barley is a perfect example of a naturally grown grain that not only tastes incredible but also offers long-term environmental benefits.”
Bottled at 50% ABV, the whisky offers tropical fruit, malt sugar, warm straw, and caramelized popcorn aromas.
Pricing has not yet been revealed but will likely vary by region.
