This latest edition honours the distillery’s collaboration with Château Mont-Redon, one of the most distinguished producers in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, France. The collection features three extraordinary single malts, each finished in the same 2023 Château Mont-Redon Châteauneuf-du-Pape red wine casks, revealing how these exceptional vessels shape The Dalmore’s signature spirit over time — at 24, 34, and 43 years old.

Bottled at 40.7% ABV, this expression opens with rich honey, sweet citrus, and orchard fruits layered with delicate spice. On the palate, red berries, crème brûlée, and orange zest intertwine, leading to a finish of toffee, mandarin, and roasted coffee with soft exotic spice.
The Dalmore Cask Curation Series: The Red Wine Cask Edition – Aged 34 Years
At 40.5% ABV, this elegant whisky exudes subtle floral notes, forest fruits, and Seville orange, balanced by a palate of dark berries, stone fruits, and vanilla. The finish lingers with warm honey, white chocolate, and a hint of liquorice.
The Dalmore Cask Curation Series: The Red Wine Cask Edition – Aged 43 Years
The oldest and rarest of the trio, bottled at 40.3% ABV, offers a sensory journey through dried fruit, orange marmalade, and antique leather on the nose. The palate unfolds layers of forest berries, dark chocolate, honeyed mango, and warming spice, finishing luxuriously with dark fruit, cocoa, espresso, and aged oak.
Each whisky in the collection is bottled at natural colour and non-chill filtered, presented in a handcrafted lapis-blue leather carry case that transforms into an elegant display piece — a reflection of The Dalmore’s dedication to artistry and refinement.
