The Dalmore Distillery Select Series returns this year with three remarkable new expressions, each showcasing the Highland distillery’s mastery of cask curation and long-standing partnerships with some of the world’s most renowned wine and port producers.
The Dalmore Cabernet Sauvignon Cask Finish 2012 – 13 Years Old
Initially matured in ex-bourbon casks of American white oak, this release spent a further two years in Cabernet Sauvignon barriques, imparting depth and character. The result is a whisky with notes of warm citrus fruits, toffee, peach, balsamic and spice.

The Dalmore Loire Valley Wine Cask Finish 2007 – 17 Years Old
This elegant expression matured three years in sweet barriques from Bouvet Ladubay, a historic producer from France’s Loire Valley. Dalmore highlights flavours of plum, marmalade, wild spices and vanilla.

The Dalmore Colheita Tawny Port Cask Finish 1997 – 28 Years Old
The oldest and rarest whisky in this year’s collection, limited to only 49 bottles worldwide. After maturing in ex-bourbon casks, it was finished for four years in Colheita Tawny Port casks from Graham’s, Dalmore’s long-time partner. Expect notes of exotic fruits, plums, coffee beans, bitter orange and allspice.
