That Boutique-y Whisky Company Expands Core Range with Three New Whiskies

Independent bottler That Boutique-y Whisky Company has added three new expressions to its core range, showcasing whiskies from England, the United States, and Ireland.

These new bottlings continue Boutique-y’s mission to highlight global whisky styles with distinctive character and a bit of playful design. Each expression is bottled at 45.8% ABV, with natural colour and no chill filtration, staying true to the brand’s house style.

The three new additions include:

🔹 8 Year Old English Rye Whisky – Distilled from a high-rye mash and matured for eight years in French oak casks, with a touch of English single malt finished in Islay casks. This robust rye delivers black pepper, cinnamon, rich caramel, toasted almonds, and orchard fruit, followed by a warming, oaky finish. The label features English Longhorn cattle and a semaphore-style rye pun.
RRP: £44.95 (700ml)

🔹 10 Year Old Straight Bourbon Whiskey – A classic Kentucky bourbon with a 77% corn mash bill, aged for ten years in deep-charred American oak barrels. Expect layers of vanilla, dark toffee, roasted pecans, and leathery spice. The label pays tribute to the North American bison and Kentucky’s bourbon legacy.
RRP: £59.95 (700ml)

🔹 21 Year Old Irish Whiskey – A long-aged Irish whiskey matured in a mix of bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks, delivering an elegant profile of honeyed malt, dried fruit, roasted oak, and bitter chocolate with subtle spice.
RRP: £99.95 (700ml)

These releases join Boutique-y’s existing core lineup, which includes four Scotch whiskies, four World Whiskies, and the World Whisky Blend.
