Royal Salute has unveiled its latest release in the Fashion Collection, the Royal Salute 21 Years Old Harris Reed Edition, timed to coincide with the start of London Fashion Week 2024. This collaboration with renowned designer Harris Reed brings together whisky craftsmanship and fashion artistry in a unique blend.
Master blender Sandy Hyslop and Reed worked together at Strathisla Distillery to create this new expression. The blend features whisky matured in sherry casks from Braeval for rich raisin and spice notes, malts aged in American oak for sweet and fruity flavors, and grain whisky finished in charred new oak, delivering a vanilla finish.
The release also includes three exclusive bottle designs by Harris Reed, each adorned with a feathered crown, inspired by both his iconic headpieces and Royal Salute’s regal heritage. In addition to the whisky, Reed designed a fashion collection based on these bottle designs.
Available from 12 September 2024 via select luxury retailers worldwide, the Royal Salute 21 Years Old Harris Reed Edition is priced at £199/US$248.
