Paul John Indian Single Malt has introduced its Christmas Edition 2024, the seventh installment in its much-anticipated annual series.
This year’s release is an unpeated expression crafted by blending malt finished in Caribbean rum casks with malt matured in virgin oak casks. Bottled at 46% ABV without chill-filtration, added coloring, or flavoring, the whisky embodies the purity and craftsmanship synonymous with Paul John.
The tasting profile of the Christmas Edition 2024 reveals inviting aromas of mango, pineapple, vanilla cake, caramel custard, and a subtle touch of sandalwood. The palate follows with spice, coconut, candied orange, and toasted oak, leading to a finish filled with fruit tart, peach, salted toffee, and lingering tannins.
The Paul John Christmas Edition 2024 is now available at select U.S. retailers, priced between $79.99 and $84.99 for a 750 ml bottle.
