Old Perth is set to release a new limited-edition whisky that showcases its mastery of sherry cask maturation. The upcoming Old Perth Bodega combines single malts matured in Oloroso, Pedro Ximénez, and rare Palo Cortado casks, creating a layered, complex profile that pays tribute to the brand’s roots in sherry influence.
Once matured, the whiskies are carefully married with liquid drawn from Old Perth’s historic 70-year-old solera vats — a traditional Spanish method rarely used in Scotch whisky production, bringing unique depth and character to the final expression.
A Whisky True to Old Perth’s DNA
Bottled at 52.4% ABV and retailing at £52, the Old Perth Bodega will debut in the UK on September 4, 2025, before rolling out to select international markets later in the year.
