Clase Azul México has unveiled a third addition to its range of mezcals, introducing Clase Azul Mezcal San Luis Potosí, joining Durango and Guerrero in the brand’s esteemed portfolio of mezcals, each paying homage to the Mexican states they are named after.
Craftsmanship and Origin
Crafted in the small community of Estación Ipiña, Clase Azul Mezcal San Luis Potosí is derived from green agave native to the region, employing traditional methods including stone oven cooking, milling in a Chilean mill, and double distillation in copper stills.

Tasting notes supplied by the brand highlight the mezcal’s distinctive flavors, including caramel, green chile, florals, lime zest, and clove, capturing the essence of the traditional craftsmanship and the green agave used in its production.
