Bowmore’s New Visual Identity: Elegance and Tradition
At the heart of Bowmore’s transformation is the brand’s refreshed visual identity. The new design draws inspiration from the richness and complexity of Bowmore’s character, expressed through dynamic and layered linework. The dominant use of black, a legacy color tied to the brand’s heritage, pays homage to one of the most iconic whiskies—Black Bowmore, distilled in 1964.
The Sherry Oak Collection: A Celebration of Depth and Flavor
In line with its commitment to exploring the full spectrum of flavors, Bowmore introduces the Sherry Oak collection, featuring four new whiskies. This line is a tribute to European oak sherry casks, which play a crucial role in shaping the depth of flavor. Each whisky offers a unique experience, highlighting the layers and complexity synonymous with Bowmore.
- Bowmore 12-Year-Old Sherry Oak Cask: Subtle sweetness of spice and nuttiness blends with gentle smokiness, fruity notes, and the woody character imparted by the sherry casks.
- Bowmore 15-Year-Old Sherry Oak Cask: Rich, natural smoke and minerality harmonize with a woodier, sweeter, and fruitier finish.
- Bowmore 18-Year-Old Sherry Oak Cask: Finished in Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez casks, it delivers a fresh sweetness of bright fruit notes while maintaining its signature smoldering smoke.
- Bowmore 21-Year-Old Sherry Oak Cask: Time and carefully selected Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez casks lend this whisky its intensity and complexity.

The Bowmore Sherry Oak collection will be available from September 2024 in key global cities including London, Paris, Toronto, and Munich. Whisky enthusiasts can find these offerings through select specialists and luxury retailers. Starting in October 2024, the collection will also be available at Bowmore’s brand home on Islay.
