Benromach Distillery has recently collaborated with Derby-based clothing company Reworked 348 in a project that combines the worlds of whisky and workwear. This partnership has produced a limited-edition “coverall” jacket inspired by the traditional ‘chore’ workwear once worn by distillery workers. Designed with input from the Benromach distillery team, the jacket offers a modern, practical interpretation suited for a busy distillery environment.
True to Reworked 348’s sustainable approach, each jacket has been crafted from deconstructed 1990s boiler suits. The materials, carefully chosen and repurposed, align with Benromach’s appreciation for craftsmanship and its dedication to maintaining traditional practices. The jacket is available for £130 in limited quantities at the Benromach Visitor Centre and on Reworked348.com.
