The Distiller’s Table Experience
An extraordinary evening begins with a private tour of the distillery, followed by a whisky and canapé tasting in the Cask Draw Room. The highlight of the night is a bespoke dinner at The Three Chimneys at Talisker, where guests will enjoy a locally-sourced tasting menu crafted by expert chefs. With every course paired and introduced, this is a refined, sensory journey set against the stunning backdrop of Loch Harport.
Hebridean Whisky Festival Express Distillery Tour
Explore the oldest working distillery on Skye with an engaging tour that uncovers Talisker’s heritage, production techniques, and flavour DNA—ending with a dram of award-winning single malt.
Talisker x Chocolates of Glenshiel
This indulgent 45-minute tasting experience features three Talisker whiskies, each matched with handcrafted chocolates from Chocolates of Glenshiel. A rich exploration of balance, texture, and taste.
Behind the Scenes Tour and Tasting
Led by the Distillery Manager, this rare behind-the-scenes tour reveals normally unseen areas of the distillery and takes guests deeper into the whisky-making process. The experience includes a tasting of Talisker’s New Make Spirit and four unique expressions.
Talisker: Aged on the Edge
Discover how cask types and maturation shape flavour. This guided tasting of five whiskies includes a hand-drawn cask sample, exclusive bottlings, and a rare Talisker expression no longer available for sale. Set in the Cask Draw Room, this event offers a deep dive into the heart of Talisker’s identity.
